Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is an e-book written by Tom Venuto. It promises to be the fat loss system that will “turbo-charge your metabolism, gain muscle, burn off body fat and develop unstoppable motivation”. It also claims to have a way of removing “stubborn fat deposits that don’t seem to budge”.
Is this too good to be true? Does Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle really deliver on it’s incredible claims?
That’s what I’ve set out to discover, and what I’m going to be sharing with you on this blog.

Firstly, who is Tom Venuto? And why should anyone listen to him?
Tom Venuto has been a bodybuilder for 23 years, and competing for 17. He’s also been a personal trainer, health club manager, nutritionist, and motivation coach for 18 years.
He holds a BSc. Degree in exercise science, and he’s gone as far as second place in the Mr Natural USA and Mr Natural North America contests.
Another thing you should know about Tom is that he’s a natural bodybuilder, meaning he’s never taken steroids or drugs to improve his physique.
Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is the result of 14 years study, research, trial, error and experimentation by Tom Venuto since he was a teenager. Tom used all of the knowledge he has gained to create a fat loss system designed to make you leaner and more muscular.
